It is not just a dining space, but a reinterpretation of the concept of art de vivre, so dear to the founder Christian Dior. <\/p>\n<h4>Yannick All\u00e9no, the architect of taste<\/h4>\n<p>At the helm of this project is Yannick All\u00e9no, one of the most influential chefs of contemporary gastronomy. In fact, he is currently the second chef with the most living Michelin stars in the world, surpassed only by his compatriot Alain Ducasse. With the new star it reached 18 for 10 restaurants, two of them, &#8220;Le 1947 \u00e0 Cheval Blanc (Courchevel)&#8221; and &#8220;Yannick All\u00e9no au Pavillon Ledoyen&#8221; (Paris), with 3 each.  <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This distinction celebrates the encounter between the creative universe of Dior and the haute couture cuisine of chef Yannick All\u00e9no,&#8221; the maison said in an official statement.<\/p>\n<p>From 2025, All\u00e9no coordinates not only the Monsieur Dior restaurant, but also the other two concepts within the complex, Le Jardin (formerly La P\u00e2tisserie) and Caf\u00e9 Dior. More precisely, one with carefully sculpted shapes, sophisticated textures and<br \/>\ncompositions that dialogue with Dior&#8217;s archives and silhouettes.
