The calcareous, chalk-rich soils provide that mineral backbone that supports the structure, while the influence of the Atlantic brings freshness and elegance. It is a fragile but essential balance — between maturity and finesse, between intensity and precision.
The composition of the wine reflects this philosophy: Tempranillo dominates, but is subtly complemented by Viura, Malvasia and Calagraño, in a field blend blend that preserves the authenticity of the plot.
